I decided to switch Vet clinics after my longtime Vet's office decided to start adding extra fees to visits Read great reviews about Greystone so I took my sweet Abby there for her limping. Dr. Kostal examined her and recommended some tests to be done the next day (Abby had eaten and couldn't get put under) Abby was diagnosed and treatment was recommended. She had her teeth cleaned while she was under and a free nail trim! The bill for both days visits and all of the X-rays, anesthesia, laser treatment, teeth cleaning and supplements was only slightly more than a bill I had received 2 years prior from my previous vet for a mere tooth extraction and cleaning! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. No long waiting when you arrive for your appointment time. Doctor is friendly and relaxed and gives options for treatment. Abby and her brother Fitch have found a new Vet home.
Look if you can't help as a vet tell us up front,don't keep our guy all day and say"well were not sure if he'll get better" your either a vet with conviction,or you're a FRAUD. the BBB will get an email.
My dog Harvey had serious skin issues that his other vet could not figure out. After visiting Dr. Kostal one time, my dog is already healing and has a better quality of life. He completely stopped scratching himself and can sleep the whole night. I cant thank them enough!!!
Finally found a good vet for my shelter dog after moving . Greystone is a great place for your animals to go for their care. Dr. Is young and friendly as is the rest of staff no rushing you out, wonderful bedside manner, and has a lab right there. They also have lots of services and really good prices with senior discount. Can't say enough of how happy Skipper and I are to have found them.
After taking our dog there, minding the reviews we will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE. We took our dog in for a follow up visit,we knew he had pneumonia and vet told us,oxygen,breathing treatment,iv fluids and antibiotics,at 2 pm. At 6:45 when we picked him up(he's maybe 5-6 years old) he couldn't stand,was VERY lethargic, and started seizing on way to emergency clinic.
Too expensive. Alot of places will do the same services for much less.
